Stephanie Stoffel is a recently retired IT executive having led IT teams at Taylor Corporation as well as other local companies. Steph is a Mankato native and learned the value of community engagement from her father, a MAF board member in the early years of the organization. Steph currently serves at the state level as the chair of the MNsure Board of Directors and locally on the North Mankato Planning and Zoning Commission (chair), and the Good Counsel Learning Center Board. In the past, Steph has served as a director at the Merely Players Community Theater, on the United Way Board, Salvation Army Board, Twin Rivers Council for the Arts Board (chair), and Leadership Mankato Area Steering Committee.
Steph and her husband Stive have two adult children and three delightful grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, theater, and spending time on the bleachers watching the grandchildren play baseball and volleyball.
Steph was appointed to the Mankato Area Foundation Board of Directors in 2023.
