About Me
My name is Jon Teeslink, and I am 63 years old. I have been married for 41 years and have one son. I was born in Fairmont, MN, and have been residing in the Mankato area since 1978. I attended MSU and have been a sales manager at Snell Motors for 27 years. 

My Story
My cancer story began at three years old when my grandmother passed away from cancer in the early 60s. My sister, Jane, who was four years younger than me, was diagnosed with brain cancer and fought a brave battle for almost nine years. She passed away nearly 20 years ago. Most recently, my friend and co-worker, Pat Meyer, passed away this spring from brain cancer. Preserving his legacy and memory is a big part of why this is so important to me. 

Why the JZ Cancer Fund is Important to Me
The JZ Cancer Fund is important to me because of Jon's positive impact on the Mankato area, demonstrated through his leadership at Greater Mankato Growth. He was always so positive throughout his battle against cancer. These boxes, as he realized, are a source of comfort to those beginning their fight against cancer.
