Consultant in Residency

As nonprofits continue to face uncertainty and complex challenges, we know it's important to support their ability to lead, adapt, and make a meaningful impact.

One of the ways the Mankato Area Foundation supports local nonprofits is through the Consultant in Residency program. This grant-funded opportunity gives nonprofits tailored access to a nonprofit strategist. Support is designed to meet each organization’s specific needs and may include small group training, coaching sessions, or customized workshops for leadership teams.

Topics can range from rethinking service delivery models to exploring current fundraising strategies or strengthening board governance. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
