Marcia earned her bachelor’s degree from Bemidji State University and still proudly cheers on Beaver hockey.
Beyond her professional and community endeavors, Marcia finds joy in the natural beauty of northern Minnesota, where she and her husband, Brett, have a cabin. Hiking, fishing, gardening, and reading are among her favorite pastimes. Marcia and Brett are the proud parents of two grown children who currently reside out of state. Marcia holds the hope that someday, their children will find their way back to the Mankato area.
