The Jonathan Zierdt Cancer Fund partners and collaborates with multiple organizations that provide important information, resources and services to area cancer patients, their families and caregivers. Below is a list of organizations that the JZ Cancer Fund works with that can provide vital information, resources and services for area cancer patients. American Cancer Society

Cancer Legal Care provides free legal care to Minnesotans affected by cancer who otherwise have no access to an attorney’s help for the legal issues that directly impact their quality of life.

Sage Cancer Screenings

Sage offers FREE Breast, Cervical and Colorectal cancer screenings at participating sites for Minnesotans who qualify for these services and meet eligibility requirements.
Minnesota Cancer Alliance
The Minnesota Cancer Alliance represents a broad partnership of organizations and leaders from across Minnesota who are dedicated to reduce the burden of cancer for all people living in Minnesota. Their Cancer Survivor Care Plan is a helpful resource to help document your cancer care experience, manage follow-up care and understand short-and long-term side effects.
