Board members don’t always need to directly ask for financial support for their organization, but they play a key role in opening doors. In this session, we’ll explore how to foster a culture of philanthropy, craft a compelling case for support, and empower board members to act as ambassadors. We’ll also discuss how board members can gain clarity on when and how to effectively support their nonprofit’s fundraising efforts.

Presenter: Kim Snyder, Founder, Excelsior Bay Group
