The relationship between a nonprofit’s board chair and key staff – whether that be the CEO, executive director, senior staff, etc. should be a partnership. But what does that look like? How are roles and responsibilities determined? And how is that evaluated and who’s accountable? During this session, we’ll break it all down and you’ll be able to leave with clearly defined responsibilities.

Presenter: Kim Snyder, Founder, Excelsior Bay Group

About the Good Governance Series: This workshop is part of the Good Governance Training Series, designed especially for nonprofit organizations. These sessions are intended for nonprofit staff or volunteers who work with their board of directors and board members who want to learn more about their role and responsibilities.
