Leah Davis is a partner at Abdo and leads the firm’s HR and Payroll Advisory practice, helping employers across all industries develop creative and effective strategies to organize and empower their workforces. As a lifelong resident of southern Minnesota and a 2005 graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, she’s passionate about and committed to the community that the Mankato Area Foundation serves.

Leah is an active volunteer outside of work and has served as a Vernon Center, MN City Council member and on numerous boards and committees with various agricultural advocacy groups. She also regularly volunteers and is a youth educator at her local parish, St. Joseph’s of Good Thunder.
In her personal time, Leah spends her time reading, cooking, catching live music wherever she can find it, and enjoying time outside on the southern Minnesota farm where she lives with her husband and their four daughters.

Leah was appointed to the Mankato Area Foundation Board of Directors in 2020. She currently serves as the Vice Chair and is on the Strategy and Governance committee and the Human Resources sub-committee.
