The stage of your nonprofit’s lifecycle—whether it’s in the idea phase, start-up, growth, maturity, decline, turnaround, or terminal—plays a crucial role in shaping your approach to board recruitment. During this session, we’ll review a board recruitment guide, help you determine where your nonprofit is in the lifecycle, and identify what your organization may need from the board.

Presenter: Kim Snyder, Founder, Excelsior Bay Group

About the Good Governance Series: This workshop is part of the Good Governance Training Series, designed especially for nonprofit organizations. These sessions are intended for nonprofit staff or volunteers who work with their board of directors and board members who want to learn more about their role and responsibilities. These workshops will be held in-person only and will not be recorded.

Weather: If Mankato School District (ISD 77) is closed or closes early for the day the training will be cancelled and rescheduled. We will also send an email to those registered as soon as updates become available.
