Lisa Campbell is Vice President of Finance at Compeer Financial, where she leads enterprise financial strategy, financial reporting, and capital planning for a $30B financial services organization. In this role, she serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the board, translating complex financial and risk insights into actionable strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Lisa brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, risk governance, and business strategy, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and enabling data-driven decision-making across sales, operations, and technology functions. Prior to her current role, she led the enterprise FP&A function at Compeer and held progressively senior finance roles at AgStar Financial Services, Carlson, and Target Corporation. She holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, attending their many activities as their biggest fan—especially as a proud hockey mom! She also enjoys time on the lake and getting in the occasional round of golf.

Lisa was appointed to the Mankato Area Foundation Board of Directors in 2026.
