Kim Literovich is a partner at the Blethen Berens law firm in Mankato, focusing her practice on working with small businesses, commercial real estate, and guiding families through estate planning and putting the pieces back together after the death of a loved one. In the past Kim has served on the Board for Harry Meyering Center, Estate Planners Council of Southern Minnesota, and Feeding Our Communities Partners (past chair).

Kim and her husband joined the Mankato community in 2015, when they “moved south” from International Falls. They have two adult daughters and two grandchildren. They spend their free time with their family and traveling.

Kim was appointed to the Mankato Area Foundation Board of Directors in 2024 and is on the Strategy and Governance committee.
