Justin Niles is the General Manager at Card Fulfillment Services (CFS), where he leads operations, production, and client delivery with a focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, clear communication, and commitment to building strong teams and lasting client relationships.

Justin is deeply involved in the Mankato community. He serves as an assistant coach with the Mankato East High School football team and has spent many years volunteering in youth sports. He resides in Mankato with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Savannah and Logan.

Justin is honored to serve on the Mankato Area Foundation Board of Directors and looks forward to supporting initiatives that create a lasting impact in the region.
