This session explores the donor pipeline and how to engage individuals based on their capacity and connection to your mission. Participants will learn to differentiate between grassroots, mid-level, and major donors, and discover strategies for donor retention and acknowledgement. The session also will also introduce the “Moves Management” process and the value of creating donor portfolios to guide major gift work.
